What exactly are Frankenstine expectations? Frankenstein speaks to the unnaturally stitching together your expectations of life. Are you guilty of cherry-picking the “perfect” elements from others, personally or professionally, and using this information to create a dangerously unrealistic composite sketch of what success SHOULD look like for you?

Stop putting expectations on your life that don’t fit your overall roadmap and personal definition of success. And never let someone else define who you should be and what you are capable of. This leads to putting up a cardboard facade which creates a diluted impact.

Getting input from trusted advisors is certainly a wise strategy, but don’t outsource what success and fulfillment look like for you. Defining success on your terms creates an internal sense of peace and certainty that will radiate to those around you. Quiet confidence.
