Epic S.M.A.R.T Fail
You can achieve your SMART goals but still, epically fail in life.
Technically speaking I was on track to CRUSH my S.M.A.R.T goals. But I was epically failing at life. My idea of a balanced diet was choosing a different fast food location for lunch and dinner. Eventually, I became a shell of my former self basking in the “glory” of burning the candle at both ends.
